Pongal Celebration – A Celebration of Joy and Tradition
Pongal was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at ABS Vidhyaalayaa by the students of Classes VI–IX and XI, along with their parents and teachers. The celebration beautifully showcased our rich Tamil culture and traditions, with parents enthusiastically participating in the traditional Pongal preparation and offering to the Sun God. The day was filled with fun and excitement through events such as Rangoli, Mehendi, Tug of War, Fireless Cooking, and “Guess the Ingredients.” The gracious presence of our respected School Chairman and Treasurer Ma’am added special charm to the occasion. Their presence, along with the enthusiastic participation of students and parents, made the celebration truly memorable. The Pongal celebration was a wonderful blend of tradition, creativity, teamwork, and togetherness, leaving everyone with joyful memories to cherish.
